Maxi Control's focus on how to improve
labour productivity has resulted in a range of very effective
systems used for data collection at the work site and management
information that can be presented in a flexible reporting
environment.
Developed in-house by Maxi Control the
range consists of data recorders, both fixed and portable, and
systems for time & attendance, job costing and tracking.
Data is captured by keypad, proximity
card, fingerprint reader, bar code scanner, dallas button and/or
a scale. The recorders are designed to be simple to operate
and modes can be changed (eg job costing to piecework ) with
one keystroke.
In addition to basic time monitoring
and wage calculations, capturing labour data showing, for example,
how long a worker has worked on a job, or how many units he
has produced, it is possible to accurately set standards and
targets and to evaluate each worker's efficiency. This results
in significant productivity improvements and lower labour costs.
