MAXITRACK labour tracking in the field and packhouse

labour and process tracking system

The most common application of MAXITRACK is in tracking labour by recording all activities performed by each individual i.e. ‘when, where, what, and how much’. In other words, start times, end times, location of work, activity, cultivar, quantities produced/processed, weights, etc. are recorded and analysed.

MAXITRACK includes our time and attendance module to manage absenteeism and calculate hours worked, overtime, etc. based on shift rules. In addition, it analyses how the time is spent and allocates the costs to locations, tasks,  etc. that are worked on during the day. It also calculates and manages payments for piecework. All pay calculations are passed to your payroll for processing without manual data capture.

MAXITRACK will also track other events, products and processes e.g. bins delivered to the pack house, cartons packed by each packer, quality checked by a supervisor, packed onto a pallet, and delivered to a client.

At each point, date and time is logged and relevant information recorded e.g. the stage of the process, the cultivar/variety, the size of the carton, the identity of the packer or quality checker, the identity of the buyer etc.

The MAXITRACK database and reportwriter enables management reporting on up to 17 analysis codes with up to 5 levels of sorting and totalling.
